This Market Report is a little different than our usual report. We wanted to make everyone aware of the new Ctaking effect soon:

- Effective 1/1/11, all new residential construction must have carbon monoxide monitors
- Do you own a rental?? Effective 7/1/11, all non-owner occupied residential properties must have carbon monoxide monitors
- If an owner-occupied property becomes non-owner occupied, it would have to be equipped with carbon monoxide monitors
